Buy.
Find the perfect Haus to fit your requirements.
Establish the exact location where you will position your Haus. Ensure that you have water, electricity and sewer connections (or conservancy tanks).
We will assist you in submitting our document pack to your local authority for plan approval.
Deliver.
We will deliver right to your future doorstep.
You will need to confirm that our trailer towed by a regular pick-up truck (bakkie) will be able to position your starter box on your predetermined site. If this is not possible, your starter box can be dismantled and carried into position.
You will soon be ready to assemble your very own Haus.
Unbox.
Simply remove the contents from the Ourhaus Starter Box.
We have made everything so easy for you. All the complicated and difficult work has already been pre-assembled and taken care of in our factory. You will have first fix plumbing preinstalled.
There are some standard items that you will need to purchase locally. We will provide a list.
Build.
Assemble the structure of your Haus using our easy-to-follow instructions. Add your self-bought interior and exterior finishing materials.
For example the Langhaus can be built in a month from start to practical completion using two carpenters and two apprentices. It can sometimes take a bit longer depending on skill levels, tools and site conditions.
